To activate document sets you have to enable the site-collection scoped "Document Sets" feature under site settings. After that you will be allowed to add Document Sets to the library as a content type.

Because Microsoft will soon begin roll out of icons to display next to the filenames, to indicate the status of the files. That will be so helpful for all the end users that will help them engage.
And also even more cool is that we will see this also across the other platforms, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the Office Clients, so this for sure should help the users to understand the current status of the Files, and to drive the user engagements!
